Sports Available
The sports centre offers a wide choice of indoor sporting activities – all available to book in advance. These include:
- 1 full size basketball court
- 2 five-a-side football pitches and 2 Uni-hoc pitches
- 3 squash courts – 1 of which is a glass backed court
- 9 badminton, mini-tennis-and mini-volleyball courts
- 1 full size volleyball court
- 1 full size and 1 smaller training netball court
- 1 carpet bowels matt
- 2 table tennis tables
- Roller skating for up to 80 children and adults.
- Archery for private lessons or groups
- Fencing for groups of up to 10
- Trampolining centre for individuals and groups.
- Initiative games for groups
Archery, fencing and trampolining sessions are led by instructors who have been qualified by their appropriate governing body. For group led activities such as archery and fencing, the equipment hire is included in the cost. For a full arena price list please click on the link.
Sports equipment including footballs, badminton racquets and table tennis bats can be hired from the arena for a nominal fee.

- Billing Rhythmic Gymnastics
- King’s Taekwondo
- Rockingham Sword Centre (fencing)
- Jumping Gymnasts (Mums and Tots)
- Music with Mummy and Daddy (Tiny Tots)
- Northampton Netball (Senior and Juniors)
