As you would expect from an exceptional conference centre of this size Pioneer Centres offers a selection of comfortable meeting venues and seminar rooms varying in size and aspect.

The NEW and imposing Mackenzie Room seats up to 300 delegates theatre style; the magnificent Maple Hall seats up to 250 guests and is complimented by the Noble Fir & Cedar Study seminar rooms. The Innovation Lounge of Weston Lodge is also designed to double-up as a further meeting area.

To provide you space to relax and catch your breath between sessions you can enjoy the warmth of the south facing Gilmour Lounge, the Redwood Lounge of Forest Lodge and Innovation Lounge of West Lodge where hot/cold drinks & snack can be enjoyed from the Mounties Arms alcohol-free bar.
