Pioneer Centre - Instructed Activites

Pioneer Centre is more than a place or a group of buildings; it is a decision point for many people, the journey towards a new horizon, the discovering, and hopefully releasing, of untapped personal and team potential.

Pioneer Centre has also become known as a venue for development training and team building courses. These are run by companies and organisations with their own in-house trainers who simply need an understanding venue or by the Centre instructors in partnership with an external Trainer, whom we have a very good relationship with.

Perhaps you don’t know where, or who to turn to, you simply know your team or group just don’t quite seem to be releasing their potential. This is where our trainer can talk to you and put a programme together which will meet both your needs and budget.

Alternatively you may be a trainer who simply needs a course venue that understands and can support you in your delivery. Our instructor team can act as your technicians, delivering tasks which you can observe and later debrief. Talk to us now about your courses and how we can help your delivery.

All this is just as relevant to adults as it is to young people, whether you have been in the same job for years or have no job yet, whether you have taken a year out and joined an organisation to travel abroad doing environmental or community work or wish your leadership team would understand each other better. We all have details about ourselves we don’t fully understand, which when discovered opens up a whole new horizon waiting to be explored.

• Our team of experienced and qualified instructors can be booked in advance to either support your own delivery or with our local trainer can deliver a programme tailored to your groups situation.

• You could even slip in a round of golf to blow the cobwebs away at Cleobury Mortimer Golf Club next door to Pioneer Centre.
