Lounges and Meeting Rooms

King’s Park Conference Centre boasts first class facilities for use by corporate, public service and charitable organisations wishing to hold part or full day events in a quiet tranquil location. Our spacious meeting rooms, superb catering and friendly staff ensure that your day will be both successful and trouble free.

Courteenhall, the largest of our conference rooms, is light and spacious, seating a maximum of 175 people. It is equipped with a PA system and loop system to help those with hearing difficulties.

The Rockingham Room seats up to 60 people and Teeton can accommodate 30 delegates.

Our three seminar rooms are ideal for small meetings or as break-out rooms for larger groups, and will cater for between 12 and 20 people. Our board room can also be hired by groups. Each of our rooms can be set up in a variety of ways to suit individual group needs. Televisions, video and DVD players, OHPs, flip charts, screens and lecterns are available at no extra cost. A data projector can be hired for a small additional cost. .

A spacious and comfortable lounge area can be used by large groups as an exhibition area or as an additional space for small break out groups. An alcohol-free bar is also located in the lounge, enabling guests to have a drink and unwind between sessions.

The dining room, lounge and all conference rooms are located on the ground floor making King’s Park an ideal venue for the elderly and special needs groups.

Our meeting rooms can be used as ‘classrooms’ for schools, youth groups and sports camps, to enable coaching and teaching sessions. They can also be used for crafts, entertainment and final night parties!
