The Caribou Dining Room, seating 300, serves appetising meals freshly prepared on site to a set menu, with our guests served by our attentive staff. Given advance notice, we are happy to cater for those members of your group who have special dietary needs for religious, medical or ethical reasons.

We are very aware that children can be fussy where food is concerned. Equally we take our responsibility of providing a good quality balanced diet suitable for young people expending lots of energy very seriously. Your group will be provided with three substantial meals a day that will add to the overall enjoyment of their stay and we will do our best to meet any specific requirements you may have.

Tea, coffee and squash are available to you 24hrs a day, with a selection of fresh fruit freely available in the dining room from early morning to late evening – just help yourself!

Groups booking exclusive use of the Centre also get the dedicated services of our catering team allowing for tailored menus, for example Caribbean and Asian. In this instance we are also most happy to work with you if your group has a kosher requirement.
