The Scaladale Centre is a newly built residential centre, situated in Ardvourlie on the Isle of Harris in the beautiful Western Isles and is run by Lewis and Harris Youth Clubs Association. The centre accommodates 28 people, self-catering but can also be used as a conference or training base for up to sixty people. The Centre boasts many modern facilities and exciting activities to attract a wide variety of groups.

The Scaladale Centre is the perfect base from which youth groups can experience the great outdoors.

Their extremely comfy and modern accommodation ensures smiles all round at the end of a long day.

The location makes it ideal for groups who wish to discover the Islands of Harris and Lewis. Enjoy the many sights, beautiful beaches, history and incredible landscape of Harris. Or visit Lewis and its many historical sites such as the Callanish Stones or the Carloway Broch, the main town of Stornoway and lovely beaches.

The Centre can also provide many outdoor activities for your group to experience and never forget. Why not try abseiling down a few of the many rock faces around Harris, kayaking on one of the most stunning beaches in Harris, trying your hand at Archery at the Centre, raft building, problem solving games and activities, guided walks and much more.
